Our products are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise. Ensure a copy of the purchase receipt and a detailed explanation of the issue accompany the return. The manufacturer’s warranty does not assure warranty service from Yadori Distribution. Products that have been mishandled, such as those that are improperly installed, physically harmed, pierced, or discolored due to sun exposure, will not qualify for repair under the warranty. Charges for shipping and handling will be levied on items not covered by warranty.
